The power of ERGIT™ Technology

The total system made up of the power lift- hydraulic system-PTO means that the TGF can use a vast number of different pieces of equipment which may be fitted on either the front or the rear of the tractor and can also be very large in size whilst keeping its enviable features of grip and stability.
The new concept power lift is a vertical cylinder monogroup with a 3 point hitch with quick release catches; its pump and hydraulic system are autonomous. The rear draft and position control lift controls the equipment and the load to the engine and therefore allows the vehicle to follow the contours of the terrain perfectly even when working at good speeds and in difficult situations.
The electro hydraulic movements of the vertical tension rod and top link* [C] make adjustment of the driver position fast and easy, while the slider hook* [D], which is a trailer hook with quick vertical adjustment, allows the height of attachment of the trailing equipment to be optimised.
The front power lift* [B] allows two tasks to be carried out simultaneously. For example: front mower with rear crop sprayer (orchard), front cutting machine and rear milling cutter (vineyard), front snow blade with rear grader (roadways in winter). The front quick release catches can be easily removed in order to allow the equipment to be directly stirruped to the chassis.
The Electro hydraulically controlled, front PTO* (1000 rpm) with its progressive engagement does not need any maintenance. All the tractors from the Ergit Series have the possibility to be fitted with the power lift and front PTO even after purchase.

The hydraulic system has two independent pumps (principle and ancillary) which guarantees the constant functioning of all the equipment. The ancillary hydraulic system guarantees the functioning of equipment with hydraulic engines and jack movements even when used simultaneously. The basic standard configuration is made up of 5 quick couplings on the rear one of which is an outlet for returning oil.

The TGF's completely independent PTO is synchronised and is available in two speeds: 540 rpm and 540E (750 rpm). As standard, the PTO is synchronised with the speeds of the gearbox which can be set while the vehicle is in motion and this manoeuvre is indispensable when in critical situations with tractor and trailer.
