Apart from its compact dimension the TGF is the ideal tractor for getting between the tight space between one row and another because it has an extremely tight turning circle which is unbeaten by its competitors: internal 1700 mm (66.9 in), external 3000 mm (118 in).
By disengaging the front axle and using the steering brakes the turning circle is reduced even more, and is improved further by the "superbend effect": the front wheel on the inside of the bend independently increases its own steering angle.
The hydraulically servo-assisted steering wheel renders every manoeuvre more sensitive and assures great accuracy of manoeuvre and rapid disengagement along with greater driveability and less fatigue.

ADVANTAGES

• Hydraulic system "group 1 ", completely independent, receives its motion directly from the engine = serves first of all the hydroguide system and then the commands' solenoid valves thereby guaranteeing that the steering is always power assisted.
