Solidity, functionality, safety, versatility of use, design: these are the special characteristics of all Antonio Carraro products designed for work with specialised crops, on inaccessible ground on hillsides and mountains, where stability and vehicle dimension are essential. The new Tigrone Series is the fruit of all the experience, know-how and technology that the company has accumulated over its century’s worth of history. Robust tractors, capable of carrying out many hours’ work, with ergonomics and operational comfort levels developed by considering the driver’s actions, the places where he will work and the body of the operator himself. The Tigrone Series range of transporters has four models from 48 to 62 hp. Vehicles with unique characteristics, industrial and agricultural specialists.

• Extraordinary Comfort
  The extraordinary comfort of the Tigrone Series transporters is their major selling point. The wide drive platform with easy access offers an extremely comfortable living space with excellent visibility of the front and of the control board. Worthy of note is the pedal board, rendered particularly spacious by the new concept steering control with its single double rod hydraulic cylinder. The instrumentation, steering wheel, levers, pedals and controls are in an ergonomic position and a logical sequence so as to render the drive pleasant and safe at all times. The dashboard, fitted with led “on-off” is both practical and elegantly pleasing to the eye: some glove compartments and drinks holders are positioned at the side of the operator to maximise comfort while at work. The comfortable, moulded and sprung driver’s seat is positioned on a suspended platform completely covered in an insulating sheath, soundproofed with Silent-Block, an anti-vibration device. The platform is part of the front axle and this grants the vehicle maximum stability even in the presence of obstacles and unevenness. To the left of the driver’s seat the Tigrecar cc is fitted with a soft seat that doubles up as a glove compartment, very useful for keeping the operator’s tools in.

• Design:
  Total Harmony The bodywork of the Tigrecar cc is elegant, curved and completely streamlined even on the sides allowing agile disengagement in the presence of foliage or lateral obstructions. The vertical front opening of the bonnet for full inspection of the engine offers maximum practicality in routine and extraordinary maintenance.
• Semicabina “CC”: cabrio-coupé
  The transporters from the Tigrone Series are fitted with a super low profile semi-cab, made up of 4 “cabriolet” uprights collapsible in a few seconds which protect the operator from showers and the sun’s rays. The profile “coupe” ultra-low (height-1980 cm) allows the vehicle to slide easily and without difficulty into limited spaces, in the presence of very dense crops or passageways with a height limit of 2 metres.
• Brakes:
  Active Safety Integral hydrostatic brakes on all four wheels. Decisive and modular stopping in reduced space. Totally impermeable brakes.

• Full Chassis with Oscillation
  Thanks to the extraordinary compactness of the ACTIO™ chassis (full chassis with oscillation) with steering wheels, the Tigrecar cc transporter is extremely agile and manageable. The 4 final reducers on the front and rear wheels (with the possibility of disengagement of the integral traction with hydraulic control) guarantees excellent ground clearance.
• Transmission
  The new transmission of the models of the Tigrone Series is fitted with a synchronised gearbox with 8 forward and 8 reverse speeds with an inverter (optional gearbox at 12 + 12 speeds with independent PTO). The ACsuper-soft clutch is sensitive and guarantees accurate engagement with gentle and progressive movement. The maximum speed is 40 km/h.
• Long and Short Wheelbase
  The versions of the Tigrecar cc have 3 models with long wheelbase (5500 – 6500 – 8400) and one model with a short wheelbase (6500c). The turning circle is very narrow and is comparable to the models with an articulated chassis. The hitch angle is 27° and allows for the easy change of slopes.
• PTO
  The PTO offers working speeds at 540 rpm and allows maximum versatility of use with equipment with cardonic transmission.
• A Range of Engines
  The engines belonging to the transporters from the Tigrone Series: 4 cylinder aspirated (mod. 5500), 4 cylinder turbo (mod. 6500) and 3 cylinder turbo (mod. 8400), water cooling, are homologated in accordance with the legislation regarding emissions: “Stage 2, 37-75 kW” and “Stage 3A, 18-37 kW”. They have the following capacities: 48, 57 and 62 hp with maximum torque of 215 Nm at 1400 rpm. A range of engines chosen according to strict criteria regarding performance, fuel consumption, noise levels.
• Load Capacity
  The total mass is guaranteed up to 4.5 tonnes in the field or on the building site.
• Trailer Capacity
  The Tigrecar cc has a total trailer weight of 5.0 tonnes in both the agricultural and industrial versions.
