The total system made up of the power lift- hydraulic system-PTO [A] means that the TRG can use a vast number of different pieces of equipment which may be fitted on either the front or the rear of the tractor and can also be very large in size.
The power lift is a vertical cylinder monogroup with a 3 point hitch with quick release catches; its pump and hydraulic system are autonomous.
The electronic* [B] rear draft and position control lift with adjustable sensitivity and position is mixed and is fitted with push button controls for the memorisation of the maximum lifting position, the three point quick release lift and for the hydraulic block of the lift for transport on the road. Furthermore, a control board is situated on the outside of the cab.
The electro hydraulic movements of the vertical tension rod and top link* [D] make adjustment of the driver position fast and easy, while the slider hook* [E], which is a trailer hook with quick vertical adjustment, allows the height of attachment of the trailing equipment to be optimised.
The front power lift [C] allows two tasks to be carried out simultaneously. For example: front mower with rear crop sprayer (orchard), front cutting machine and rear milling cutter (vineyard), front snow blade with rear gritter (roadways in winter). The front quick release catches can be easily removed in order to allow the equipment to be directly stirruped to the chassis.
Electro hydraulically controlled, front PTO* [C] (1000 rpm) with its progressive engagement and safety switch does not need any maintenance.
All the tractors from the Ergit Series have the possibility to be fitted with the power lift and front PTO even after purchase.

The hydraulic system from "group two" [F] is independent of the one from "group 1 " which operates the hydroguide system and the electro hydraulic commands. The basic 3 lever system [G] guarantees the functioning of equipment with hydraulic engines and jack movements even when used simultaneously. It is made up of 3 distributors: one double effect connected to the rear, one double effect with floating position with stopping lever connected to both the front and rear, one simple effect connected to the rear and one outlet for returning oil.
The basic standard configuration is made up of 6 quick couplings on the rear and two on the front.

The front ancillary hydraulic system* [H] with its electronic control is made up of one simple effect distributor with capacity regulator, an outlet for returning oil and two double effect distributors.
This system is used with equipment such as cutting machines, pruning machines, binding machines and shredders etc. To increase its efficiency it is possible to fit an oil cooling system from "group 2" (power lift-PTO).
Numerous configurations can be achieved, up to 10 quick engagement [I], front, hydraulic outlets.
The TRG's completely independent PTO [L] is available in two speeds: 540 rpm and 540E (750 rpm).
As standard, the PTO is synchronised with the speeds of the gearbox which can be set while the vehicle is in motion and this manoeuvre is indispensable when in critical situations with tractor and trailer.
The PTO's shaft is type ASAE 1 3/8 and is the same for all speeds.

  • Speed 540E (750 rpm) = notable fuel saving
  • PTO is synchronised with the speeds of the gearbox which can be set while the vehicle is in motion = ideal for using tractor-trailers and other equipment.
