Narrow-row crops, leafy crops, vineyards under trellis, rocky terrain, terraces, difficult areas: this is a specialised, “made to measure”, multifunctional, modern concept tractor.
Its compactness, extremely narrow steering circle, exceptionally powerful motor, which is

available with four different engine capacities (from 60 to 87 HP), combined with constant traction and total safety means that it is able to cope with all types of terrain and obstacles in all conditions and climates throughout the entire year.
Reversible drive and elevated ergonomics make the task at hand easier by noticeably reducing the operator’s fatigue while increasing average operational time with a consequent saving of time and energy.
The TRX can quickly and easily change a large number of tools and pieces of equipment thereby enabling it to carry out a wide variety of tasks: ploughing on hills, crop spraying, fruit collection, barn maintenance, road maintenance, taking care of parklands, forestry, building sites and much more besides.
It is amazing to see it working to an extremely high standard in any type of environment and on every type of terrain: the combination of exceptional agility and good engine power with equipment such as the fork lift, cutting machine, front loader, side arm, plough, snow turbine, mower, trailer, sprayer, hay cutter just to mention the most commonly used tools, gives the operator, situation after situation, the sensation of having not just one but many different tractors.
The Ergit TRX is an environmentally friendly tractor that is silent and clean.

STEERING
The TRX is a tractor with a short wheel base with an extremely narrow steering circle which allows it to get amongst narrow-row crops rapidly. The steering wheel with hydroglide is sensitive and assures great accuracy of manoeuvre and rapid disengagement in all situations, on slopes with transverse speeds, in difficult situations amongst rows.



The instrument board is amongst the best and is easy to read, there is a screen which by day is anti-reflective and is back-lit by night, an "on-off" information system (only the functions in use are on the display) digital speedometer and rev counter for the PTO. All electrohydraulic controls are push button and near to hand.


ENGINE
The TRX has a direct injection diesel engine which has the most advanced combustion and injection systems. The range has specific powers of 60, 64, 75 and 87HP. This produces extremely high quality four wheel drive right from very low RPM. The engine is very safe and durable with low fuel consumption, maintenance is very cheap and easy with the parts always readily available.

 

 


THE SUPER COMFORT CAB      
With its simple design, streamlined and devoid of sharp edges, the "Super Comfort" gets between the narrowest rows of crops without damaging plants in blossom or fruit. Even the seals and zips are flat against the cab. Its external dimensions are much reduced but its internal comfort is comparable to that of a car. All the windows can be opened, while the evenly distributed forced ventilation produces the effect of internal pressurisation. Air coming in is purified by large filters, which can be charcoal on request*. Air conditioning comes from a powerful system run on the ecological fluid R134A which can cool the cab even when the engine is running at a very low RPM. Heating comes from a heat exchanger which is capable of counterbalancing severe temperatures. The field of vision in both directions is perfect.

3 POINT LINKAGE
The TRX can use a vast number of different pieces of equipment which may be fitted on either the front or the rear of the tractor and can also be very large in size. The power lift is a vertical cylinder monogroup with 3 point hitch with quick couplings, its pump and hydraulic system are independent. The rear power lift with draft and position control which may be electronic* determines the position of the implement to the exact millimetre along with the load to the engine and therefore allows the vehicle to follow the contours of the terrain perfectly even when working at good speeds and in difficult situations. The electrohydraulic movements of the vertical tension rod and top link* make adjustment of the driver position fast and easy, while the slider hook* which is a trailer hook with quick vertical adjustment, allows the height of attachment of the trailing equipment to be optimised.


THE FRONT POWER LIFT*
The front hitch allows two tasks to be carried out simultaneously. For example, front mulcher with rear sprayer (orchard), front vineyard leaf cutter and rear milling machine (vineyard). The front quick couplings can be easily removed in order to allow the implement to be directly stirruped to the chassis. °





ACTIO™ FULL CHASSIS WITH OSCILLATION

The System known as ACTIO™ consists of a powerful, steel section which forms an integral part of the axle, which houses both front and rear transmissions and has an articulated joint which allows for longitudinal oscillation of a good 15 degrees. With ACTIO™ the TTR acts as a single unit made up of two completely independent tractors of the same mass and dimension which oscillate independently of each other following the contours and different gradients of terrain, thereby maintaining constant stability and grip. With an overhanging engine the total weight of the tractor can be redistributed - 60% of its weight on the front axle and 40% on the rear one. Ideal balance that becomes perfect when rear equipment is fitted, 50% 0n the front axle and 50% 0n the rear.
The ACTIO™ system provides for the use of four large wheel drive which on the TRX are the same size, the constant grip of the tyres with the ground.

TRANSMISSION & GEARBOX
The TRX has a large, sensitive clutch which doesn't require any adjustment due to the fact that the hydraulic engagement makes up the backlash which comes about through usage. The gearbox with its helical shaped gears has 32 speeds, 16 forward and 16 reverse. In addition it has a synchronised inverter which allows the drive direction to be inverted even when the tractor is in motion.
The electrohydraulic engagement HI-LO system* which can be activated while the vehicle is loaded and at almost any RPM, allows for a 20% reduction of set speeds and to therefore have 32+32 speeds. Advantages are better use of power, reduction in the speed intervals of one gear and another, constant operation in all situations and lower fuel consumption.
