LINKAGE BOOM SPRAYERS...
The Tornado Linkage Spray Booms are manufactured in a variety of tank sizes and boom widths.
No compromise on quality componentry is the key to a ruggedly manufactured boom spray system.
There are choices of tank sizes in either fibreglass or polyethylene along with different boom widths starting from 6mtrs to 12mtrs.
The frames are fully 'hot dipped galvanised' and are extremely heavy duty in construction. Many variants of the dependable Bertolini oil backed diaphragm pumps are available from 73ltrs/min to 170ltrs/min.
Quality pressure controllers from the basic 'Sting' up to the fully electronic devices giving control over constant pressure, individual boom control and master control on/off.
Boom widths vary from 6mtrs to 12mtrs and are all fully 'hot dipped ' galvanised, have stainless steel spray lines with plastic nozzle holders and self aligning caps. Multiple nozzle assemblies are available as options along with self-levelling devices and hydraulic fold.
Polypumps

This range of pumps has been developed after several years of research and experience to meet the markets requirements. Tornado have now upgraded to the new technology resulting in an exclusive Bertolini Industrial patent.

Fibreglass Tanks: 200-400-600-800-10001t capacity. Heavy Duty construction, calibrated, internally flowcoated, lid assembly with breather valve.

Poly Tanks: 300-400-600-700-9001t Polyethylene UV stabilised tanks, calibrated sight gauge. Tanks come complete with lids and filter basket.

  • Poly 2073 731t pm 15 bar (218psi)
  • Poly 2116 1071t pm 15 bar (218psi)
  • Poly 2136 1261t pm 15 bar (218psi)

Frame: Galvanised sturdy construction RHS steel, heavy duty hitch linkages CAT 1 or CAT 2 pins.

Spray Controls: Sting 4 outlets lever type (for Poly 2073 only) Multi control "RS" 4 outlets lever type (for Poly 2116+)

Optional:

  • Multi control"RD" 4 outlets lever type rate proportional control valve.
  • Electric solenoid kits for in tractor cab operation, 2-5 section with sprayer control panel.
  • Inboard computer for accurate spraying.

Agitation: Bypass from control Valve.

Optional: Supermix agitation system.

Filtration: Nylon mesh lid strainer, high capacity suction filter.

PTO Drive Shaft: B1/B2 series with safety cover.

Spray Booms: 6-8-10-12m Hot dipped galvanised frame, heavy duty type, stainless steel spray lines, non drip nozzle assemblies with diaphragm check valves, self aligning caps.
